PARTY REQUEST AGREEMENT

The Filling Station does not charge a rental fee for parties. A credit card number is collected at the time of the reservation. This is not a deposit.

Once we book a reservation, we will turn down other reservation requests. Therefore: In the event of a cancellation, The Filling Station must be notified at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the minimum spend amount to be charged.

This allows us the opportunity to re-book the room. In the event that a party is canceled inside the 72-hour window, the minimum spend amount will be charged.

We do NOT apply an automatic gratuity to our parties. We aim for exemplary service, and in return we hope you feel that our staff is deserving of a gratuity of at least 20%.
